Sully's Crew Attends BOSTON'S FINEST Premiere

Posted by on

The Sully’s Crew was in attendance for the premiere of Boston’s Finest, a new unscripted hour long documentary style program debuting on TNT Wednesday, February 27 at 9p. Think of a more thought provoking and in-depth version of Fox’s classic COPS updated for today’s harsh modern world. We know there are multiple awful embarrassing shows set in Boston in production or currently on TV waiting to be canceled, but we promise you Boston’s Finest is immeasurably better. The first two episodes featured a compelling mix of action, strategy, humor and heart. TNT picked up eight episodes for the first season and we would be shocked if Boston’s Finest did not make it to a second season.
We recommend that you check out their short promo HERE. Sully’s kelly green Believe in Boston Flag is prominently featured and fits in perfectly with the show’s themes and aesthetic.
Everyone made it out for the premiere: producer Donnie Wahlberg, Mayor Menino, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, Ken Casey (Dropkicks), Framingham pugilist Danny O'Connor, and of course the featured officers (Myles Lawton, Manny Canuto and D. Araujo of the Gang Unit, Sgt. Robert Twitchell and Jenn Penton).
Good luck with the show Donnie, we think it has got ‘the right stuff’ (pun intended).
