Sully's Attends Christopher's Blue Dogs Annual Autism Benefit in Dorchester, MA

Posted by on

Every year in September, Chris "Tiger" Stockbridge hosts his annual event to benefit autism research at the Blarney Stone in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This year another great crowd of Tiger's friends and family got together to raise money to help fund research into the causes and treatment of autism. Tiger's son Christopher has autism - which is a developmental brain disorder that affects as many as 1 in 110 children (and 1 in 70 boys). It is more common than childhood cancer, juvenile diabetes and pediatric AIDS combined.

A great evening was had of raffles, silent & live auctions for Boston Sports memorabilia (several items donated by Beantown Collectibles). All proceeds benefit the organization Autism Speaks.
